Moving forward, please upload your lesson plans to our Conner site. This page provides you with the link to access the site. Each teacher can find their own folder. To get to your folder, open the lesson plan folder, select your grade level, and at the bottom, you will see names of each person on your team. Select your name and then upload your lesson plans. You will also find on this site other valuable information such as PLC documents, PD files, math/reading/writing/science resources, handbook, TEI resources, etc. Please browse the site and let us know if you have any questions.
